Lila James is a timid, terrified, awkward teenager who usually comes off as very innocent. But if you were to crack her soft spoken shell, you’d see the true side of Lila. A very dark, twisted soul who has a story but has never told anyone but Rowan. Lila has been in jail for two years and only found out recently that her drunk driving had actually killed her best friend of five years. Torn by this, Lila has turned to pills to relieve her stress. Now when anyone tries to get in her way, makes her angry, or does something that brings to to a depressed state she talks them into things bad things. Lila has lost compassion for people who hurt her, because she doesn’t enjoy the sensation of being hurt; she hates it in fact and demands pure torture back. But on a happier note, Lila loves almost anyone that comes into the prison, she is very kind and warm, just unbelievably awkward. The only person - or people - who know Lila’s dark side are the ones who did her wrong, and Rowan, her best friend. Lila is treated like a baby sometimes, because she is everyones baby. She’s the one everyone wants to take care of and make sure is never hurt, because she’s honestly everyone’s doll.
